Our Clinical Team

Founder and Lead Practitioner
William is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of clinical experience dedicated to helping adults navigate mental health challenges. His work has spanned rural, suburban, and urban communities, providing care in inpatient settings and supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex mood disorders. He is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based treatment tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Born and raised in New Jersey, William developed a deep appreciation for the many factors that shape mental well-being. His approach is rooted in both traditional psychiatric care and a broader understanding of how lifestyle influences emotional health. While his primary role is that of a psychiatric nurse practitioner, he also has a background as a professional chef and nutrition specialist. This experience informs his perspective, particularly in the growing field of nutritional psychiatry, where food and mental health intersect in meaningful ways.
William believes that mental health treatment should be a collaborative process. In sessions, he works closely with individuals to develop treatment plans that align with their goals—whether that includes medication management, non-pharmacologic strategies, or a combination of both. He also recognizes the importance of coordinating care with other professionals involved in a person’s well-being to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach.
If someone is ready to take the next step, William is here to help guide them toward a stronger, healthier future.
